We always give a warm welcome to new members and try to always give helpful, supportive and constructive feedback. So if you use a small compact camera, your Smart Phone, or a bigger DSLR there is always room for you!
We have a meeting about every three weeks on a Thursday night at the offices of Donkeylogic Limited, opposite Sidlocks in Pitronnerie Road Industrial Estate. There is a league competition at almost every meeting with other interesting annual competitions for you to take part in.
Our evening format is typically:-
- 8:00pm – Notices and introduction of evening activity
- 8:10pm – Evening activity (workshop, external judging, presentation, tutorial, etc.)
- 8:50pm – Run through of Projected Digital Images for League entries prior to voting
- 9:00pm – Beverage & Snack break plus voting on (other) members’ league entry photos
- 9:30pm – Critique of League Images, usually given by another club member or visitor (where applicable)
- 9:50pm – Communal effort to pack up quickly so we can all get home
